Hands are easily one of the hardest parts of the human form do draw. And people are very hard to draw to begin with, also, this was observation making it even harder. So admittedly there is something about it that doesn't look 100% right, you've given this a bloody good shot and done far better than most people could do. This is far far far from a fail.
